Responsibilities:

  • Implementación del proyecto YaraVita y YaraAmplix (Bioestimulantes) en la región de influencia, apoyando las actividades requeridas para su ejecución.
  • Creación y ejecución de planes de ventas (YaraVita y YaraAmplix) para su región y plan de ventas por cliente (potencial, objetivo, ingresos, combinación de cartera)
  • Recopilar datos de inteligencia de mercado (competencia, cultivos focales, ingrediente activo, estrategia de aplicación, posicionamiento, progreso del mercado, estrategias comerciales)
  • Realizar un ejercicio de segmentación de mercado, priorizar cultivos x productos y establecer un plan de acción en consecuencia
  • Soporte al equipo técnico y BDM en ejercicios de precios de YaraVita y YaraAmplix, en base a beneficios y potencial de mercado.
  • Crear campañas de ventas y acciones comerciales estratégicas para ejecutar el plan de ventas, alineado con el Supervisor de HVP.
  • Desarrollar propuestas de valor diferenciadas para ambas líneas de producto.
  • Ser referente comercial de YaraVita y YaraAmplix, aclarando dudas y ayudando a comunicar nuestras propuestas de valor asegurando el correcto posicionamiento técnico/comercial, dentro de las soluciones Yara para cultivos clave en su zona.
  • Apoyar al equipo técnico en la creación y ejecución del plan de generación de demanda, enfocado a YaraVita y YaraAmplix.
  • En colaboración con el equipo técnico, realizar acciones postventa y presentar resultados para asegurar la fidelización y recompra.
  • Promoción de las soluciones nutricionales de Yara, centrándose en YV y YA, a través de visitas, pruebas de demostración, días de campo, conferencias y otros eventos en su región.
  • Apoyar la creación, desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos y actividades de gestión de cartera.
  • Trabajar en colaboración con equipos locales y regionales (si es necesario): técnicos, ventas, marketing y agronomía.
  • Soporta temas relacionados con la calidad.

Educación

  • Ingeniería Agronómica
  • Nutrición de cultivos, suelos, especialización realizada
  • Nível medio de inglés

Experiência Laboral

  • Puestos comerciales ó técnicos por al menos 2 3 años.
  • Experiência previa en el mercado Foliar, Bioestimulantes y/o Agroquímicos.
  • Conocimientos previos en el sector Agrícola.
  • Residir en la zona de Mendoza o en sus cercanías.

Conocimientos y Habilidades

  • Fuertes habilidades comerciales y técnicas.
  • Proactivo y autónomo, orientado al negocio y logro de objetivos
  • Trabajador de equipo.
  • Buena capacidad para planificar y trabajar sistemáticamente.
