En K-C nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Customer Logistics Leader para sumar al equipo de nuestro Centro de Distribución El Bagual.


Las tareas principales son:

dirigir, coordinar, desarrollar y liderar las actividades de logística y de distribución de productos terminados, semi elaborados, materias primas, insumos requeridos por las operaciones en Centro de Distribución de Buenos Aires, para asegurar que los productos terminados lleguen a los clientes en los tiempos establecidos, en las cantidades solicitadas y cumpliendo los estándares de Calidad y Seguridad, para lograr su satisfacción minimizando los costos de operación incurridos y las materias primas y repuestos a las plantas, dentro de las políticas corporativas y normas legales en la materia.


Responsabilidades:

  • Controlar las operaciones de recepción, almacenamiento y despacho de materias primas, asegurando que se cumplan todos los procedimientos inherentes al área

  • Dirigir y controlar las actividades de distribución de productos.
  • Asegurar que se cumplan los conteos y análisis de Inventarios
  • Asegurar el control sobre la disponibilidad de los materiales, y producto terminado
  • Asegurar el control de rotación de producto.
  • Gestionar la destrucción de Producto terminado y materia prima obsoletos.
  • Evaluar la gestión de distribución y la relación con el cliente en forma permanente, analizando su grado de satisfacción y realizando las alianzas necesarias con clientes, otras empresas productoras de productos masivos y/o transportistas.
  • Gestionar e Impulsar y Participar en Acciones Correctivas, Preventivas y Actividades de Mejora Continua dentro de su sector.
  • Asegurar el proceso de retroalimentación del c/c/u, control de producto no conforme y mejora continua
  • Elaborar, evaluar e implementar mejoras en el servicio a clientes
  • Apoyar la implementación de los programas corporativos de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente (Sistemas de Gestión), Calidad, Costos, Control Interno.
  • Implementar las 10 Best Practices del QMA.
  • Liderar el desarrollo y evaluación del personal a cargo y la gestión del clima de trabajo
  • Asegurar que el sistema de gestión de calidad es conforme con el estándar; Asegurarse que los procesos están generando y proporcionando las salidas previstas.
  • Informar, en particular a la Alta Dirección sobre el desempeño del sistema de gestión de la calidad y sobre las oportunidades de mejora.
  • Asegurarse de que se promueven los requisitos de calidad, regulatorios, y de los clientes en toda la organización
  • Asegurarse de que la integridad del sistema de gestión de la calidad se mantiene cuando se planifican e implementan cambios en el sistema de gestión de la calidad.
  • Aprobar o rechazar planes, procesos, materiales y productos para satisfacer exitosamente las expectativas de los clientes.
  • Servir como enlace con entes internos y externos en todos los temas relacionados con los sistemas de calidad.
  • Participar y colaborar con la aplicación de procedimientos, políticas y herramientas de gestión de EHS y 5S de acuerdo al régimen legal vigente y normas de KC.
  • Aplicar las normas de BPA.

Requisitos:

  • Graduado de las carreras de Ing. Industrial, Ciencias Económicas, Licenciado en Administración o carreras afines, con sólidos conocimientos y experiência en procesos administrativos y de control.
  • Experiência en logística de transporte y administración de Centros de Distribución
  • Experiência en roles de jefatura/liderando equipos.
  • Inglés intermedio/bilingüe
  • SAP deseable
  • Manejo del paquete Microsoft
  • Excel excluyente
