PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Instalación, configuración, actualización y soporte de productos de la empresa
  • Integraciones empresariales
  • Administración de proyectos
  • Capaz de trabajar directamente con equipos de ventas, diseño de soluciones y proyectos
  • Implementar soluciones centrales
  • Interpretar documentación de configuración
  • Habilidades de comprensión y configuración para soportar protocolos SIP y usuarios SIP
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar métodos de procedimiento de implementación de proyectos, planes de prueba y validación
  • Métodos de resolución de problemas/validación
  • Trabaja como asesor con el cliente para identificar problemas comerciales y casos de uso en múltiples tecnologías de comunicación
  • Mejora los sistemas existentes
  • Posee responsabilidades de liderazgo para los proyectos

  • Experiência laboral en posiciones similares
  • Experiência en rubro telefonía
  • Conocimientos en SIP
  • Ingles fluído (EXCLUYENTE)
  • Soft skills: Liderazgo capacitación resolución de problemas pensamiento lateral trabajo en equipo proactividad predisposición buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales orientación a resultados, metódico y ordenado.

Modalidad

  • Lugar de trabajo:?Modalidad híbrida (1 vez por semana presencial) en oficinas en Microcentro
  • De 9 a 18 hs / 10 a 19 hs
