About the Opportunity:

Role is remote in Argentina. Applicants must already reside in Argentina and this role is not eligible for sponsorship.

The Senior Solution Delivery Consultant supports design, technical implementation of complex enterprise solutions, troubleshooting and problem resolution with specific focus on Avaya core UC solutions.

To be successful in this role you will be a self-starting team player supporting and driving collaborative solutions focusing on delivering customer satisfaction.


ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handson experience with installation, configuration, and upgrade and support of major Avaya core components
  • Communication Manager (CM), Session Manager (SM), System Manager (SMGR) and Avaya Session Border Controller (SBC).
  • Supports complex enterprise integrations with including knowledge and experience with Avaya gateways and media servers.
  • Able to work directly with sales, solution design, and project teams to fully implement core solutions and follow and interpret configuration documentation.
  • Possess a working ability to use the Avaya Provision Tool.
  • Possess an understanding and configuration abilities to support SIP protocols and SIP users.
  • Possess an understanding of internal and external certificates and their installation on products.
  • Develop and execute project implementation methods of procedure (MOP), test and validation plans, and troubleshooting/validation methods.
  • Works as a trusted advisor with the customer in identifying business problems and use cases across multiple communication technologies
  • Enhances existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement/modification
  • Possesses project leadership responsibilities for complex projects
  • Collaborates closely with other team members in a virtual work environment
  • Demonstrates problemsolving and lateral thinking as part of a team, or individually
  • Follows technical troubleshooting methodology
  • Contributes to the development of company objectives and principles and achieves goals in creative and effective ways
  • Shares new knowledge and lessons learned as training for other team members
  • Must Have
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Selfstarter and capable of working independently with flexible hours including nights and weekends when required.
  • Quick learning ability to learn future skills as per business requirement

About You:

EXPERIENCE
Proven experience with complex technology systems (typically seen with 5-8 years of industry/Avaya product experience)

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Must be Detail Oriented.
  • Time Management and Self-Management skills expected.
  • Must be effective in a virtual working environment.
  • VMware knowledge preferred
  • Linux commands
  • Understanding of basic networking principals required
  • Must have a strong customer focus
  • Tier 1 and 2level troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to always present oneself in a professional manner.
  • Crossorganizational effectiveness and thought leadership.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
