A US based online travel group is looking for a passionate and experienced team lead for their backend marketing team.


The product offerings facilitate customers in choosing and reserving a wide array of accommodations from a pool of over 2 million options available in 220 countries.

The Marketing Team is engaged in integrating with meta search engines.

Their current projects encompass various services, notably a high-capacity search service (handling around 100,000 requests per minute) that furnishes metasearch engines with pricing and availability data.


What about your role?
We're expecting that you are:

  • Great in maintaining and developing high load API;
  • Ready to engage in code review processes;
  • Good at Establishing and streamlining team processes, sprint planning, and conducting oneonone meetings;
  • Perfect at devising service architectures in alignment with business strategies.

That's great if you have**:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Golang;
  • At least 3 years of experience with Python (Django);
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD; gRPC, Redis, Kafka, Docker;
  • Proficiency in working with database management systems;
  • Experience in team management or mentoring;
  • Knowledge of Russian;
  • English B2.
