Requirements:

  • Fluent in English;
  • At least 1 year of commercial experience in the same role is must;
  • Critical thinker and problemsolver;
  • Team player;
  • Skilled in timemanagement;
  • Having great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent at organizing and multitasking;
  • Having a proven ability to take responsibility.

You want to:

  • Take part in the new clients' integration;
  • Report on a regular basis;
  • Maintain constant communication with support teams and the client;
  • Make sure that support processes are built to an appropriate quality level;
  • Train support teams and supervisors;
  • Proactively mediate and resolve any client concerns etc.
  • Monitor service quality;
  • Monitor team discipline and ensuring corporate culture within the team;
  • Take care of an internal product documentation.
