Lo que harás:

  • Manejar pedidos de clientes de Ecolab, solicitudes de servicio y consultas en inglés (promedio de llamadas entrantes por día)
  • Operar en software de servicio al cliente mientras habla con el cliente para ejecutar sus solicitudes
  • Garantizar una experiência positiva mientras hace preguntas y escucha con empatía
  • Utilizar habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas e interpersonales
  • Manejar todas las llamadas de manera rápida y cortés
  • Representar el propósito de Ecolab de hacer que el mundo sea más limpio, seguro y saludable

Requerimientos:

  • Secundario completo
  • Inglés Avanzado (Oral y Escrito) _agradecemos subir tu CV en inglés._
  • 12 años de experiência en servicio de Atención al Cliente
  • Resiencia física en CABA o GBA.
  • Conexión a Internet con la siguiente velocidad mínima: 25 Mbps de descarga / 10 Mbps de carga
  • Experiência utilizando el Paquete Office (Outlook, Teams, Word y Excel)
  • Capacidad para interactuar profesionalmente con otros y trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno acelerado
  • Capacidad para priorizar la carga de trabajo y completar las responsabilidades a tiempo
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

Deseable:

  • Estudios Universitarios completos o en curso.
  • 35 años de experiência en atención al cliente en campos como servicio de alimentos, centro de llamadas, venta minorista, administración, callcenter.
  • Experiência en el uso de softwares de atención al cliente (ej: SAP, Salesforce, sistema CRM, Mainframe o entrada de pedidos).
