THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Reviewing Invoices:Pull up records and thoroughly review each approved invoice to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Client Communication: Initiate and maintain proactive communication with clients to address and resolve any invoices-related issues. You will provide clarification, gather additional information, and address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Invoice Processing: Process approved invoices in a timely and accurate manner using our internal systems. You will collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing.

Communication Logging:Maintain detailed and organized records of all client communications regarding invoices. You will document resolutions, agreements, and any pertinent information for future reference.

Debt Collection Letters:When required, draft and send debt collection letters to clients with overdue invoices, following established procedures and guidelines.

Wellness Plan Subscription Management:Manage invoicing, cancelation, and renewal of BetterVet Wellness Plans.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs, including the ability to produce custom reports, queries, and analyses
  • 2+ years of prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or Billing Coordinator.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clientfacing position. Call center experience or sales experience is preferred
  • You can work independently while also virtually as a team

  • Previous experience in the veterinary industry is a plus.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES


In addition to the primary duties outlined above, the Accounts Receivable Representative may be asked to contribute to other tasks during idle periods.

This could include assisting with general administrative tasks, supporting other financial functions, or participating in cross-functional projects to enhance overall team efficiency.


PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT


The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for meeting and exceeding defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Performance will be regularly assessed based on these SLAs to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
