What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and process bookings for SAP trainings, including managing training schedules and participant registrations.
  • Provide registration assistance to both internal and external customers for training programs.
  • Create, maintain and cancel courses as required.
  • Handle responsibility for course invoicing and followup.
  • Provide first level of customer support via hotline and ticketing system.
  • Commit to continuous process improvement within the department.
  • Take ownership for reporting activities related to training and finance operations.
  • Manage various general administrative tasks efficiently.

What you bring:

  • A proficiency in Italian and English is required, with Portuguese being a bonus.
  • Demonstrable experience and capability in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Solid problemsolving skills to effectively resolve customer and operational issues.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a detailoriented approach in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in a finance related field or role would be advantageous.

As an SAP O2I Training Italy + LAC - Finance Operations Associate, you will join a team that executes operational tasks independently and prides itself for its commitment to customer service.

Our team members are adept at solution finding and recognize the importance of standard processes and related transactions. Whilst processing a variety of finance tasks, a key aspect of our role involves dealing with customer queries.

Our customer-centric approach not only allows us to deliver top-notch service, but also fuels our ongoing search for continuous improvement in our day-to-day operations.
