¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Controlar y dar seguimiento del plan de monitoreo ambiental y laboral.
- Recolectar datos para los indicadores mensuales de EHS.
- Realizar recorridas de EHS por planta para el seguimiento de acciones, identificación y reporte de actos y condiciones inseguras.
- Brindar seguimiento del plan anual de capacitación, control de registros y efectividad de las mismas.
- Actualizar las matrices de riesgo y medio ambientales.
- Brindar soporte en las actividades de EHS como las auditorías internas, brigada, simulacros, control de contratistas, etc.
- Participar activamente en investigaciones de incidentes.
- Gestionar y controlar permisos de trabajo.
- Realizar análisis de seguridad en puesto de trabajo y tareas no rutinarias.
- Realizar recorridas en obras, depósito/oficinas.
- Gestión de desvíos e informes.
- Liderar el procedimiento de Gestión de residuos.
¿Cuáles son los requerimientos para esta posición?
- Ser estudiante o profesional recibido terciario o universitario en Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo o carreras a fin.
- Contar con experiência como mínimo de 2 años en posiciones similares.
- Poseer conocimientos de la normativa legal argentina.
- Manejar MS Office.
- Experiência de 2 años en posiciones similares.
- Tener capacidad de trabajo en equipo y flexibilidad ante las necesidades del negocio.
