**About The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Project Analyst **to join our **CIS-S **in **Buenos Aires, AR. **Take a key role in driving success to focus on data analysis, performance evaluation, and delivering insights to optimize program success. Although the core function of this role lies in the technical aspects of analysis and improvement this role will also be providing administrative support for multiple projects at the same time.

**About You**

You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience highly analytical skills and project support. You master how to generate insightful spreadsheets, graphs, and reports detailing project budgets and schedules, presenting to the project manager and senior staff. You are a champion in determining suitable methodologies for analysis, including budget assessment and presenting alternative plans for budget adjustments. Periodically reviewing and adjusting user permissions, screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, field configurations, and workflows.
- You have extensive experience managing a robust & healthy **JIRA **project management. Periodically reviewing and adjusting user permissions, screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, field configurations, and workflows. Crafting custom JQL (Jira Query Language) for tailored dashboards, advanced filters, and reports.
- Administration or business-related degree.
- You have commanded an advanced skill level in Excel, encompassing macro execution, VLOOKUP, and pivot table functionality.
- You exhibit strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct quality checks on project deliverables to meet established standards and requirements.
- Execute administrative tasks to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
- Monitor daily project progress, ensuring timely updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate essential scrum ceremonies for monthly releases, including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement.
