In Buenos Aires (Argentina) we are looking for a Engineering, Maintenance & EHS Head.

Ferring+You
 

Responsibility for the execution of improvement of process in the factory implementation of engineering systems and tools to support manufacturing and infrastructure. Maintain equipment and tools for manufacturing and labs. 

Your day at Ferring

- Manage project scope, plan budget and resource needs, economical evaluation and timeline.

- Coordinate maintenance projects with budget assessments and evaluation of timeline.

- Plan preventive actions systems for tools machines and equipment.

- Carry out master plans and follow up on activities to be carried out by the maintenance functions.

- Train and motivate technicians in order to meet the maintenance team goals and objectives.

- Coordination and supervision of services given by providers and suppliers.

- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering / equivalent

- Experience in leading and management of resources and project

- Proven experience in coordination of maintenance complicated tasks and group coordination

- Fluent in English
