- Conduct audits on transactions between trading providers, and local transaction base.
- Manage daily settlements with our trading providers.
- Monitor daily user deposits and withdrawals.
- Analyze stock flows and identify business opportunities.
- Define daily pricing strategies and establish pricing alarm operations.
- Provide operational support for users.
- Translate user checks and feedback into operational calltoactions.
- Maintain daily P&L and user stock existences.
- Consolidate KYT products with the fraud and audit team.
What you'll need:
- 13 years of experience working with financeops
- 13 years of experience in fintech technical support teams and operations
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and experience as a crypto user
- Excellent eye for detail
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Proved experience in SQL, Excel, and data.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
