As the Office Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the organization in your local office.

You'll ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for its employees and their activities.

This is a diverse field with a range of responsibilities, which are dependent on the structure and size of the organization.

You'll be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a positive team environment.


What you'll do

  • Manage the local office day to day administrative activity;
  • Manage all office duties and utilities management;
  • Manage procurement and contract management for local purchases;
  • Basic Human Resources operations including posting open positions on local channels, coordinating interviews, local onboarding, etc;
  • Ensure positive team atmosphere and environment in the office;
  • Wellbeing and events planning, such as team lunches, team offsites, birthdays, career development workshops, company events/meetups, etc;
  • Ensure basic IT services and Audio Visual support is met;
  • Vendors management;

What you have

  • 23 years of experience working as an admin manager, preferably for a global or Hi-Tech company
  • A strong handle of the intricacies of facilities management for a growing company with multiple locations
  • Indepth knowledge of the vendor management, surveying, property management, building engineering and building services engineering landscape
  • Exceptional project management skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
  • Strong interpersonal, relationshipbuilding and networking skills
  • Procurement and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English a must

  • Familiarity with basic IT elements in a Gsuit and cloud environment
  • Available to travel to the remote locations when needed
