About the Marketing Coordinator Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner, the Marketing Coordinator will support all marketing activities such as conducting market research, producing promotional materials, identify target audiences and evaluate current trends.

**Essential Functions**
- Conduct research to analyze customer behavior
- Support the design and implementation of successful marketing campaigns
- Set up tracking systems for digital marketing activities
- Track progress with Marketing Business Partner
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with the design department/agencies to produce promotional materials
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Manage social media, print and promotional vendors
- Track (monthly, quarterly and annual) budget execution and forecasts

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
