As an
Integrated & Marketing Communications Specialist you'll be responsible for
driving internal and external corporate communication strategies, integrating traditional and digital approaches, while collaborating with agencies to support our company positioning.

What you'll do
- Protects and develops Signify reputation, supports delivery of Corporate Communications regionally, drives Executive Media outreach, ensures delivery of messagedbased approach for quarterly and full year annual results, delivers annual report.
- Enables focused, planned, purposeful executive communications to employees to drive employee pride and engagement.
- Drives mindshare of Signify as the global lighting leader for the Internet of Things through promotion of products, connected lighting and systems and services and the leader of the global shift to LED through regular targeted external outreach to show thought leadership, product innovation and customer wins.
- Manage relationships with agencies to ensure alignment with our brand identity and objective.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to continuously optimize communication strategies for maximum impact.
Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree completed in Public Relations or Communications (or related).

Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is MANDATORY - with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with internal and external communications.

Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.

Analytical mindset, capable of measuring campaign success and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Strong communication skills.
