We are looking for a professional with a **Bachelor’s Degree in Communications** / **Journalism**, with verifiable experience to work as **Employee Communication Specialist** in our offices in Retiro.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Works with members of the communications team of the different companies of the Techint Group as well as different company departments to identify initiatives requiring internal communication support.
- Provides strategic communication direction to internal clients using the most effective and efficient communications processes and technology.
- Develops content in support of communications activities and projects, global and local/regional (including communications campaign assests, articles, brochures, videos and multimedia, social media, digital signage).
- Partners with leadership to develop and execute strategic communications plans; shaping the message that supports the communications strategy.
- Assist in the planning of employee events from concept to completion (including employee townhalls, webcasts and other internal events).
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with employees and management in support of internal communications strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills both in Spanish and in English.
- Some domestic and international travel may be required.
- Bilingual in English-Spanish.
