Key Responsibilities:

  • O365 Support:
    • Serve as an expert in Exchange Online support.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.
    • Train users and resolve issues within the O365 suite.
    • Manage Microsoft Intune for device security.
  • Hardware Support:
    • Maintain an accurate asset inventory.
    • Provide break-fix support for Mac and Windows computers.
    • Knowledge of computer architectures on Dell, Lenovo, and Apple devices.
    • Apply patches to ensure system security and efficiency.
    • Remote troubleshooting of computers.
    • Diagnose and resolve network issues.
  • Tech Device Vendor Management and Shipping:
    • Interact with tech vendors and order devices proactively.
    • Ensure devices are up-to-date and functional.
  • Security and Antivirus:
    • Maintain compliance for data security.
    • Monitor security alerts and take necessary actions.
    • Apply patches to address vulnerabilities.
    • Manage Single Sign-On procedures.
  • ITIL Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
    • Implement the 'no ticket no work' strategy.
    • Provide timely updates to customers.
  • General Tech Tools Knowledge:
    • Administer video conferencing tools like Zoom.
    • Basic familiarity with marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads platform.
    • Proficient in English communication.
    • Availability during US operation hours.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in IT support, especially in hardware and software troubleshooting.
    • Strong knowledge of O365 support, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    • Experience with security and antivirus protocols.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train users on technical topics.
    • Relevant certification is a plus.
    • Proactive approach to multitasking effectively.
