Tendrá a su cargo la responsabilidad de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar, a través de un fuerte trabajo interdisciplinario y en equipo, alianzas estratégicas con los diferentes actores del sistema de Salud asignados. Requerirá Profundo entendimiento de las necesidades de los diferentes actores del sistema de salud y del valor que los productos de BMS entregan a los pacientes, los sistemas de salud y la sociedad.

Alcance del Puesto

  • Establecer un sólido vínculo con los distintos actores del sistema de salud y del Canal Comercial, que garantice una relación, a largo plazo y basada en la confianza, para ser considerados socios estratégicos.
  • Dar seguimiento de las tendencias del mercado a nivel regional y local, identificación de riesgos y oportunidades de futuro y proponer los planes de acción específicos en cada caso.
  • Desarrollar un mapeo y una segmentación detallada de cada cuenta clave asignada, que permita lograr un acceso más preciso de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada uno.
  • Establecer contactos con el Canal de Distribución, Instituciones gubernamentales, pagadores y líderes de opinión a fin de diseñar propuestas acordes a sus necesidades, siempre con los niveles más altos de ética y transparencia.
  • Desarrollar, implementar y dar seguimiento a planes de acción para los diferentes actores del sistema de salud asignados. Reflejar esta información en los sistemas CRM definidos por la compañía.
  • Implementar de manera oportuna, eficaz y apropiada la estrategia de precios; buscando la implementación de acuerdos comerciales innovadores.
  • Asegurar comunicar efectivamente las propuestas de valor de cada actor clave del sistema de salud asignado entendiendo profundamente sus necesidades.
  • Proponer inverciones del presupuesto de acceso de manera estratégica y eficaz en las actividades- iniciativas llevadas a cabo por el área.
  • Alinear y colaborar interdisciplinariamente con los equipos de ventas, comercial y Médico asegurando consistencia en los mensajes en cada zona asignada y con cada actor de la cadena de valor (Distribuidores, Financiadores, Entes Gubernamentales).
  • Trabajo en equipo, en constante interacción y alineado con la fuerza de ventas para maximizar las oportunidades de ventas y lograr un crecimiento del market shares de nuestras indicaciones prioritarias. Desarrollar herramientas que permitan mejorar la sinergia con la fuerza de venta y el equipo médico.
  • Generar un alto nivel de “engagement” con los clientes ante las propuestas de valor generadas por BMS. Derribar barreras para su correcta implementación.
  • Ser un interlocutor sólido para los clientes internos y externos (auditores médicos) comunicando claramente la información sobre los productos, sus mecanismos de acción, indicaciones aprobadas, datos clínicos de los estudios pivotales, entender el ambiente competitivo incluyendo principales competidores directos y el patient Journey. Responder objeciones médicas relacionadas con nuestros productos. Seguir la estrategia de posicionamiento establecida por la unidad de negocio.
  • Apoyar la implementación y seguimiento de todos los proyectos llevados adelante en el área de Market Access Argentina (Eventos, HCPs, Dossiers, Programa Pacientes, acuerdo comerciales, entre otros).
  • Interactuar con diferentes áreas de la compañía, líderes de la organización y clientes externos: Financiadores, droguerías, Líderes de Opinión, Sociedades Científicas, Cámaras de la Industria (CAEME), etc.
  • Dar seguimiento a los Tableros de control de Inversión, Status de Acceso y Precios.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de acceso para los clientes claves en coordinación con la unidad de negocio.
  • Coordinar reuniones con clientes claves y Recolectar insights durante las actividades pre lanzamientos alineados con los planes de acceso desarrollados por los Strategy access managers.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia como KAM o posiciones similares dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
  • Tener conocimiento de la dinámica del mercado farmacéutico, marco regulatorio y del sistema de salud.
  • Experiencia trabajando con productos de alto costo. Preferentemente Oncología y/o Hematología y/o Inmunologia.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones profesionales con los distintos clientes.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en Negociación.
  • Conocimientos del negocio farmacéutico y de los sistemas de salud.
  • Experiencia en Gestión estratégica (Detección de oportunidades, desarrollo de planes, desempeño de tácticas, seguimiento de KPI´s).
  • Idioma Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado (Escrito y Oral)
  • Idioma Español Fluido (Escrito y Oral)
  • Excelente manejo de herramientas informáticas
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Dedicación full time

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work.
