Habilidades y experiencia
- Formación técnica en administración de documentos o similares.
- Al menos un año de experiencia en gestión documentaria o sectores administrativos dentro de proyectos de construcción, ingeniería o minería.
- Indispensable manejo avanzado de Excel y Aconex.
- Inglés intermedio.
Responsabilidades
- Monitoreo de avances, confección y emisión de certificaciones mensuales corroborando el cronograma de obra.
- Supervisión del progreso de los presupuestos y cambios de precios.
- Análisis de los registros y contratos del proyecto para garantizar que se cumplan los términos.
- Control y seguimiento de documentos bajo Sistema Integrado de Gestion. Soporte interdepartamental, análisis, confección y control de documentación contractual.
