Ejecutivo de Cuenta (KAM)

Localidad: Mar del Plata o Bahía Blanca.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Responsable por la atención comercial y llevar el control y la administración de las cuentas corrientes e inventarios de sus Clientes.

  • Alcanzar los Objetivos de Volumen, Distribución, Presupuestos y Cobranzas.
  • Impulsar y Ejecutar Acciones Orientadas a Sell Out y Ganar Share.

  • Ejecutar la tienda perfecta, a través de la disponibilidad física, ejecución y comunicación de precios, con los Display correctamente ejecutados.

  • Administración de Equipos de terceros (ventas distribuidor + repositores).

Contexto

  • Viviendo los 5 Principios en el comportamiento y toma de decisiones.

  • Generando un ambiente de colaboración y enganche.

  • Cumpliendo los objetivos de Crecimiento de Sell Out y de ejecución de la tienda perfecta.

  • Liderando la ejecución de las iniciativas de Mars en el PDV.

¿Que estamos buscando?

  • Educación: universitario Graduado preferentemente comercialización/ administración de empresas.

  • Experiencia: Mas de 3 años de Experiencia Profesional como Ejecutivo de Ventas en alguna organización de escala Nacional y consumo masivo y manejo de equipos de trabajo.

  • Medición de la Ejecuciones.

  • Negociación Comercial.

  • Manejo de Indicadores Eficientes.
