EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience. Information Security (InfoSec) – InfoSec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems. The opportunity The Security Metrics and Reporting team is responsible for delivering and supporting a framework of information security reports and dashboards, in partnership with InfoSec teams (Identity and Access Management, Security Technology Services, Cyber Defense, Policy and Compliance, and Service Delivery). In order to maintain our goal of operational excellence, we are opening up a Metrics & Reporting Specialist role to ensure that the reports required by Information Security management are created and published in a timely and accurate manner. The Metrics & Reporting Specialist will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining various executive level reports, and providing support for EY’s global Information Security team's reporting dashboards, as well as conducting reporting analyses in accordance with the Information Security team's policies and procedures. This includes the oversight of metrics reports and dashboards which are created to represent various data points across the Information Security program at EY. These reports should be visually presented in a legible, unambiguous, and clear format within a user friendly reporting platform so that management can easily review and make decisions based on those reports. The role is an individual contributor and is managed by the Service Delivery Metrics & Reporting Team Manager. Your key responsibilities Create, update, and maintain Power BI reporting dashboards for management review Work in conjunction with internal customers and team members to develop and improve specific operational metrics Analyze data and create information in the form of reports Provide regular management updates and material Provide day to day support and insight to the metrics Other duties may be assigned. Must be willing to work primarily within the GMT -5 time zone.
