Responsibilities Comprehensive Human Resources management: selection, hiring, development and termination of personnel. Coordinate compensation and benefits programs. Implement and update internal HR policies according to current labor regulations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports. Act as a liaison between employees and the organization on labor relations issues. Requirements University HR Bachelor. +10 years of experience in the area. Advanced Excel skills.
