When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Next Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough. Position Summary We are looking for a Precision Marketing Specialist for J&J Consumer Health LAS. This position is part of our Connected Commerce team. This area is responsible for delivering frictionless, valuable and data based experiences to our consumers. This role is dedicated to develop, alongside Brand Managers and agencies, our Precision Marketing strategies for the cluster, guided by its consumer centric vision, its passion for insights to address our audiences, and its value-seeking mindset to maximize conversion. This position reports to Digital Media Manager LAS. Key Responsibilities On everyday basis, you will discuss digital initiatives across the media ecosystem, looking for efficient solutions that pursue improvements in ROI through modern marketing. You will analyze results and support brands on understanding media performance and recommend data-based optimizations on audiences, channels and strategies. Desired Skills Ability to define and set critical metrics for measuring effectiveness. Able to analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights. Creativity to find innovative solutions. Test & Learn mindset. Strong intellectual curiosity and proactive approach. Collaborative spirit. Must work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred area of study in Business, Marketing or Advertising. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including media execution and digital marketing. Prior media agency experience or dedicated media role within a company/brand team for South LATAM markets. Prior experience with foundational marketing technologies (Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs/Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, etc.). Language: Intermediate/Advance English is required.
