About the role Temporal Position As a Category Associate, your expertise will crucially support the growth and stability of our product portfolio. Your responsibilities Proven ability to contribute to R & D activities, with experience in a GMP environment being beneficial. Competency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. A record of effective problem‑solving, demonstrating independence and initiative‑taking. Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for leading, inspiring, and collaborating with a team. A results‑focused approach, ready to evaluate and embrace calculated risks for innovation. Flexibility and accountability with a knack for challenging the status quo and driving improvements.
