Research & Development

In Research and Development, we're full of highly skilled talents that include Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory professionals - all working to create a cleaner, healthier world. About The Role
Temporal Position

As a Category Associate, your expertise will crucially support the growth and stability of our product portfolio. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a vibrant cross-functional team, driving innovation and ensuring excellence in everything we develop. Your responsibilities

• Proven ability to contribute to R & D activities, with experience in a GMP environment being beneficial.
• Competency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A record of effective problem-solving, demonstrating independence and initiative-taking.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for leading, inspiring, and collaborating with a team.
• A results-focused approach, ready to evaluate and embrace calculated risks for innovation.
• Flexibility and accountability with a knack for challenging the status quo and driving improvements.
