What you’ll do As a UX/UI AI Lead Designer, the primary responsibility is to design user experiences powered by AI that remain consistent and seamless across all digital platforms. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure unified AI interactions aligned with business goals and user needs. Portfolio that demonstrates visual design skills, logical reasoning, creative thinking, & attention to detail Excellent communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. English is required. Understanding of user interface patterns and best practices for SaaS and desktop/responsive web design Experience with startup product development, user-personas definition, & MVP concept Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs Experience working on AI-driven features or tools You Are An Ideal Candidate If You Are Obsessed with user-centricity Highly motivated, self-starter, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively This description is not designed to encompass a comprehensive listing of required activities, duties or responsibilities. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments Deep expertise in interaction design, usability principles, and design systems Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping Strong experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple devices Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience working with AI prototyping tools and/or integrating AI into product design Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday Must become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners' Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization Pluses Consulting experience Understanding of data structures, databases, and business dashboard design principles The firm offers market-leading benefits that provide flexible options to support our employee’s needs including health benefits to help prioritise their physical and emotional well-being, time-off policies to help to recharge and financial/ retirement benefits that offer income protection and support long-term planning.
