Argentina Fully Remote - Full Time Position About The Job Type of Contract : Full Time (not outsourcing) Location : Argentina, fully remote. Mira Commerce is seeking a talented and proactive Semi-senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality digital experiences for global ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong design skills, user-centered thinking, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and clients. Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for ecommerce websites, applications, and digital products. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to refine design requirements and deliver solutions aligned with project goals. Conduct UX research, analyze user behavior, and transform findings into actionable insights and design improvements. Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency across platforms. Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence. Participate in user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly. Ensure design deliverables meet accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within ecommerce or digital product environments. Advanced proficiency in Figma , including component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows and design systems. Strong experience using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects is a plus). Solid understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design principles, and responsive web design. A keen eye for detail is essential to craft aesthetically pleasing and meaningful e-commerce experiences and marketing assets. Proven ability to integrate AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Firefly, Midjourney, Figma AI) into daily workflows to improve speed, quality, and exploration. English communication skills (B2+) , both written and spoken. Presentable UX/UI portfolio showcasing real project work, design processes, and final outcomes. Strong presentation skills , with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player in a collaborative environment. Proactive, highly collaborative attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Detailed oriented with a commitment to design quality. Curious and eager to learn. Nice-to-Have Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce). Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and understanding of frontend capabilities and constraints. Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.
