For more information, please visit: #LI-Hybrid Team Overview As a Brand Marketing Senior Analyst for the Driver Marketing team in the SSL region (Spanish Speaking Latin America), you will be the guardian of our brand’s physical and digital presence. Your mission is to build deep, meaningful connections with our driver partners and elevate their perception of DiDi. You will move beyond the numbers to create memorable experiences—both online and offline—that foster loyalty and trust. This role is ideal for a creative, execution-oriented professional who knows how to bring a brand to life across multiple touchpoints in a fast-paced tech environment. Role Responsibilities Executing Experiential Initiatives: Leading the operational rollout of on-the-ground activations, driver events, and experiential marketing projects that strengthen the bond between DiDi and the driver community. Managing Channel Experience: Ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience across all driver-facing channels, including social media, offline media, and in-app communications. Building Brand Perception: Implementing campaigns specifically designed to improve brand sentiment and positioning DiDi as the preferred platform for drivers in the SSL region. Supporting Brand Planning: Collaborating with the strategy team to provide local insights and feedback that help shape regional brand calendars and creative briefs. Analyzing Brand Performance: Tracking and reporting on brand health metrics, event ROI, and sentiment analysis to ensure our brand investments are driving the right perceptions. Solving Complex Projects: Navigating the logistics of large-scale brand projects—from vendor management to legal approvals—ensuring every detail aligns with our brand standards. Managing Stakeholders: Partnering with external agencies and internal teams (Operations, PR, and Legal) to ensure seamless execution of integrated brand campaigns. Role Qualifications 3–5 Years of Experience: A solid background in Brand Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Advertising, preferably within a consumer-facing industry or tech marketplace. Execution Excellence: A proven ability to take a high-level brand strategy and execute it flawlessly across events, activations, and digital channels. Data-Informed Creative Mindset: You are proficient in analyzing brand metrics and sentiment data to derive insights that improve future campaign performance. Structured Thinking: The ability to organize complex project workflows and manage multiple "moving parts" without losing sight of the brand's core message. Strong Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and influence partners across the SSL region. Problem-Solving Skills: A "can-do" attitude when faced with the logistical or technical challenges of live events and brand activations.
