Digital Marketing Specialist Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for innovation and a drive to shape the online presence of an iconic brand? Mercedes-Benz Czech Republic is seeking a dynamic and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, driving performance, and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers. Your Mission: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our digital marketing activities and digital touchpoints. You will contribute significantly to our brand's digital footprint and drive key performance indicators to meet ambitious targets set by the CEE cluster, region, and HQ. You will be responsible for Website Management & Optimization: Lead project management for websites, including content, landing pages, applications, enhancements, and optimization across wholesale and retail levels. Coordinate with local and CEE cluster agencies to ensure timely delivery of digital tasks and content, adhering to regional deadlines and roadmaps. Manage retail website content implementation and provide hands‑on support and training to dealers. Govern and implement Data Management Platform (DMP) topics, acting as a key player in building the digital customer journey experience. Customer Journey & CRM Support & CRM Campaigns: Support the customer journey operations center and agency in CRM activities, including content review, user segmentation feedback, DoC alignment, report analysis, and user journey enhancement suggestions. Act as the social media manager for Mercedes-Benz Czech Republic across all active channels. Provide content revision and feedback to the regional Social Media Hub and local agency. Serve as the main point of contact for community management emergencies and ensure up‑to‑date profile information. What your profile should cover Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a similar field. Languages: Advanced knowledge of Czech and English. Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Digital/Marketing. Technical Skills : Thorough understanding of marketing elements, analytical thinking, and web site administration. Proficiency in the web environment, its tools, and CMS administration. Experience with customer relationship management, leads management, and digital customer journey management. Knowledge of GDPR and legal topics related to data processing and websites. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Analytics. Soft Skills : Highly developed organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
