Job Title: FSE Regional Operations Manager (Grade 10)Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Field Service Excellence Operations Manager to directly support field services in our Latin America operations in the following manner: Health and Safety – Support Health and Safety initiatives, including injury, accident, incident and concern root‑cause analysis and investigation. Vehicle Fleet Operations – Management in collaboration with local fleet management vendors and the Global Fleet Team, providing day‑to‑day management of these critical company assets. Field Performance Rewards and Skill Management – Support monthly reporting and collaboration with regional leadership. Global Learning – Support learning demand and delivery as needed in collaboration with learning and technical support teams. Support regional onboarding requirements, training and assignment of mobile device, PC and other required assets. As required, support local Services General Manager Special Projects. Job Responsibilities: Ownership and flexibility – Accountable to deliver project outcomes, able to find creative solutions when challenges inevitably arise. Stakeholder management – Capable of rallying cross‑functional groups of stakeholders with competing priorities and bringing them together to execute a common goal. Team management – Strong leader able to manage a distributed team of collaborators to achieve project deliverables. Problem solving – Tenacity to push through problems and seek solutions through collaboration with all stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Field Services experience in any of the functional areas of the job summary will be highly considered in lieu of a degree. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written Spanish and English. Commitment to customer service, strong interpersonal skills, tenacity in the face of challenges, self‑starter and motivated by outcomes, sharp problem‑solving instincts, and a proven track record of delivering highly critical support to field services teams. Preferred Skills: Written and spoken Portuguese. Project management certification. Experience with global operations and multicultural teams.
