We Are Looking For A Project Manager who will coordinate translation project activities among external resources—including translators, editors, proofreaders, DTP designers, and localization engineers—tailored to each project’s needs. The role also involves interfacing with the sales team and working directly with clients. Key Responsibilities Review client requests and assess additional information needs, such as glossaries, prior translated documents, acronyms, technical terminology, and translation memories. Develop efficient workflows and oversee the use and maintenance of tools like translation memories, style guides, and glossaries. Prepare files and analysis using translation memory software, create cost estimates, and develop project schedules. Negotiate budgets and schedules with vendors and supervise translation project progress. Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date management reports and translation databases. Develop and sustain strong client relationships. Exercise sound judgment and keep supervisors informed of potential difficulties. Qualifications Minimum three years of experience in the translation industry with proficiency in translation tools. Proficient use of CAT tools. Ability to prepare and edit cost estimates and quotes. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to professional customer service. Positive attitude and a team‑player mindset with clear accountability. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Energetic self‑starter with initiative and a creative problem‑solving approach. Fluency in English and preferably a second language. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
