Today, we are excited to be adding a new LATAM Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will formally report to the LATAM Payroll Operations Manager and functionally to the Payroll Tax Mobility Manager, overseeing end‑to‑end processes related to payroll equities and expatriates process management. The role includes preparation and reconciliation of Global Mobility internal reporting requirements, ensuring taxable compensation is appropriately handled across all Latin America payrolls. Support will also be provided regarding handling mobile associate (Fiscal and social security analysis, connection with PwC and other stakeholders involved in the process). What You’ll Do for Us Provide support and supervision of the payroll delivery team to ensure accurate and timely execution of mobile assignee compensation through home and host country payrolls. Engage with payroll delivery team and payroll vendors. Provide support to the Payroll Accounting Team with equity/mobility records. Record compensation and benefits for Global mobile associates, liaising with PwC on finalizing related tax entries. Provide expertise in equity/expatriates, ensuring appropriate handling in LATAM payrolls to guarantee accurate taxation of Stock Options and PSU/RSU. Prepare and review equity data for monthly payrolls for inclusion in data inputs submitted to payroll vendors. Sign off on equity and mobility payroll runs. Execute and prepare internal reporting requirements. Focus on continuous improvements. Support Payroll Mobility Tax Manager in all matters related to Tax and Social Security analysis required for mobility associates across Latin America. Basic Qualifications University/Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/CPA/HR professional). 3+ years of experience in Payroll Functions: understanding the process for pre‑payroll, payroll delivery, and post‑payroll (social security, tax, accounting, reporting) for LATAM countries. Knowledge of different LATAM tax and social security systems and regulations. Understand payroll accounting and provide support to the accounting team on the BSR analysis. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Workday and MS tools. Ability to adapt in a changing environment. Customer‑service orientation. Preferred Qualifications Supervisory skills/experience. Experience working in partnership with tax consultants. Portuguese proficiency.
