What You'll Do: Drive the execution and follow-up of cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key initiatives. Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis, contributing to data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence. Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Operations function, ensuring business continuity, leading selected initiatives, and maintaining a high‑performance execution rhythm. Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across all marketing functions. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership, to ensure smooth communication, prioritization, and project alignment. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or a closely related business‑management field. 3–5 years of experience in dynamic environments such as strategic consulting, fast‑growing startups or scale‑ups, and top‑tier multinational companies. (Candidates with 2 years of experience will be considered if they come from top‑tier strategic consulting firms.) Advanced proficiency in English. Nice to Have: Strategic consulting experience.
