About the Job We are seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Nextdoor, Facebook, and Instagram. You'll also mentor a small team, ensuring our strategies align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms. Lead and mentor a team of paid ad specialists. Analyze campaign data to drive continuous improvement. Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets for maximum ROI. Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends to refine campaign strategies. Who We're Looking For 3+ years of digital paid advertising experience within an agency setting. Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Strong ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Healthcare Marketing Experience is a plus, but not required.
