Role Overview As a Business Analyst specializing in Policies and Procedures for SAP S/4HANA , you will play a pivotal role in defining and aligning the organizational governance framework during SAP transformation projects. You will work cross-functionally with technical consultants, end users, and stakeholders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and efficient adoption of new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Define, document, and align policies and procedures to support SAP S/4HANA functionalities, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards. Lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts by preparing training materials, conducting sessions, and supporting end-users to adopt post-migration processes effectively. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and IT teams to assess and mitigate policy-related risks, ensuring project delivery remains on track. Ensure data governance during the migration phase — including mapping data from legacy systems, validating integrity, and documenting deviations or issues. Create clear, detailed documentation on updated procedures and frameworks, and generate reports on project progress, issues, and compliance metrics for senior leadership. Liaise with SAP functional and technical consultants to ensure business rules and policies are accurately reflected in system configuration and S/4HANA workflows. Act as a bridge between business units and SAP project teams, interpreting requirements and ensuring policies are scalable and future-proof. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis or governance roles in SAP-related environments. Prior experience in S/4HANA transformation projects (preferred). Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance frameworks, and internal controls. Excellent communication and documentation skills — must be comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability across multiple teams. Experience in change management, UAT, and training delivery is a plus.
