E-Commerce Project Manager

We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long‑lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again. Currently, we are looking for a E-commerce Project Manager to join our vibrant international team of experts. This is a part‑time freelance remote contractor position , with the potential to transition into full time in the future. As our E-commerce Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end process of creating new landing pages, funnels, website projects, and marketing campaigns — including coordinating copy, images, and page building. You will also oversee updates to the website, ensuring it runs smoothly and reflects the latest initiatives. This role also involves close collaboration with the Localization Project Manager to ensure all relevant pages are properly prepared and translated for global audiences. Responsibilities Lead the development and optimization of new landing pages and funnels for our e-commerce platform Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to maximize conversion rates Help the Email Marketing team stay on track with timelines, support asset delivery, and ensure campaigns are fully completed and aligned with other initiatives Manage internal and external staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring project timelines are met Maintain the website by overseeing regular updates and ensuring ongoing functionality, accuracy, and performance Manage project documentation, timelines, and task tracking in project management tools (preferably Asana, or similar tools such as Trello or Monday.com) Conduct quality assurance (QA) before launching new pages or campaigns to ensure everything is working correctly, visually consistent, and aligns with brand standards Qualifications Proven track record in managing e-commerce projects, with a focus on landing pages and funnels Preferred knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) Experience working with agencies and collaborating with brands or industries Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and documentation skills Detail‑oriented, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy across copy, visuals, and functionality Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with page‑building apps and others (like quizzes) What You Will Get The flexibility of remote work from any location worldwide, whether it's your home, a co‑working space, or a cafe A vibrant, inclusive, and nurturing work environment with talented colleagues from across the globe The chance to contribute to the ongoing expansion of our global presence Opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic work environment filled with diverse challenges, ensuring each day is infused with excitement and variety The chance to be part of our thrilling and number one mission to foster positive health changes for clients, guiding them towards rediscovering profoundly fulfilling lives CVs must be in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
