Dynatrace is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for the LATAM region. In this role you will develop and manage partner relationships, focus on generating incremental partner revenue, and promote Dynatrace’s SIEC platform suite. Responsibilities Understand partner business and align Dynatrace solutions to create compelling go‑to‑market propositions. Qualify new partners and effectively communicate the value of Dynatrace solutions to C‑level business leaders and technical staff. Develop partners so they become self‑sufficient in marketing jointly developed solutions. Build and execute similar sales strategies across all Dynatrace solutions with assigned partners in the region. Communicate partner activities regionally to other Dynatrace partner managers so they can leverage joint initiatives. Manage, track and report highest‑priority action items, results, business‑plan development, marketing‑related successes and accurate partner forecasts. Manage time and travel expenses in accordance with company requirements. Qualifications HS diploma or GED. 3–4 years of experience closing enterprise software sales. Extensive track record in software sales, systems integration delivery/business development, or channel management. Proven experience working with partners in the region. Track record of overachievement against targets. Experience recruiting partners and generating new business revenue. Solution‑development experience in a software/services environment. Managed services, digital agency, and ISV ecosystem experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $xxx - $xxx.
