About the role As a Coupa Functional Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting and maintaining the Coupa system, ensuring smooth operation of procurement and sourcing processes. You will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to guarantee seamless process execution. In this role, you will: Provide functional support for all tasks related to the procurement cycle within Coupa. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and requests promptly. Participate in configuration activities and functional adjustments within Coupa. Document processes and develop training materials for end-users. Deliver training sessions for end-users and suppliers on Coupa functionalities. Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring presence in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing operations. Strong functional knowledge of Coupa, including procurement processes (requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, approvals, and supplier management). Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. Analytical mindset and process-oriented approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of Portuguese.
