Coupa Consultant

**About the role**:
As a Coupa Functional Support Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the smooth operation of procurement and sourcing processes through the Coupa system. You will be a valued member of the Procurement Technology Enablement team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain compliance and efficiency.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide functional support for tasks related to the procurement cycle within Coupa.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues and requests.
- Participate in basic configuration and functional adjustments of the system.
- Document processes and create training materials for end-users.
- Train end-users and suppliers to ensure proper system usage.

**Work model**:
This is a hybrid position requiring X days a week in a client or Cognizant office in San Salvador, El Salvador. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible and support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.

**What you need to have to be considered**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of procurement processes (requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier management).
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (Coupa will be taught during the project).
- Analytical mindset and process-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with tools such as Ariba, SAP MM, or other procurement solutions.
- Ability to create training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
