Store Associate – Bentonville, AR CVS Health is hiring a part‑time Store Associate to join our team in Bentonville. In this role you will provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service in a retail environment, support daily store operations, and help customers locate and purchase items. Essential Functions Deliver differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and resolving service issues. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance locating items. Accurately perform cashier duties: handle cash, checks and credit card transactions following company policies. Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking invoices, updating pricing information and completing inventory tasks. Support opening and closing store activities when needed. Provide customer support to all departments (photo, beauty, pharmacy) ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational. Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including shift work in the pharmacy as growth opportunities. Advocate new CVS services and loyalty programs to support people’s better health. Qualifications At least 16 years of age. Physical ability to remain upright for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and perform overhead lifting. Visual acuity for tasks such as using a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts. Preferred: Prior retail or customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting. Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
