Sales Teammate PT, (16 Hours) - Sevilla at Under Armour Purpose of Role The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence. Funciones en tienda Adaptarse a los estándares relacionados con la mercancía y la configuración de productos. Cumplir con las políticas y los procedimientos de UA. Completar los procesos operativos y de efectivo (manuales o sistemáticos) de acuerdo con la formación recibida. Cumplir con el código de vestimenta y las políticas de asistencia de Under Armour. Trabajar las horas programadas en la política de asistencia de Under Armour. Colaboración con el equipo y desarrollo personal Colaborar con el resto del personal para alcanzar los objetivos de la tienda. Asumir la responsabilidad de desarrollarse y aprovechar las oportunidades de crecimiento personal para mejorar el rendimiento. Qualifications Conocimientos avanzados de aritmética, lectoescritura, escucha y comunicación. Fluidez en el idioma local. Uso experto de ordenadores y otros dispositivos tecnológicos. Competencias de colaboración demostradas y facilidad para el trabajo en equipo. Capacidad demostrada de trabajar en un ambiente basado en plazos con un ritmo intenso. Requirements 0-3 meses de experiencia en tiendas de deportes, ropa o calzado. Disponibilidad para trabajar con horario flexible, incluidos días festivos, noches y fines de semana, para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio. Physical Requirements Capacidad para mover o recolocar productos de hasta 12 kg. Capacidad de desplazarse durante largos periodos de tiempo para manipular productos, con breves pausas.
