Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis and validation of User Stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, with a track record of owning QA processes from planning to execution Experience with Salesforce platform, including metadata and packaging Experience testing and QA automation on Salesforce and Mulesoft (or Previous middleware/API testing experience (e.g., Apigee) acceptable) Solid understanding of API testing and proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Postman) Hands-on experience testing web-based applications across various browsers and platforms Programming or scripting skills to assist with technical troubleshooting and light automation tasks Hands-on experience in TOSCA for UI Automation Fluent in English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills and the ability to lead or participate in technical discussions and interviews Comfortable with Agile Nice to have: ISTQB certification or equivalent professional training.
