Marketing Operations Specialist (Landscaping) Hire Overseas We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist who can own and execute the day-to-day marketing function for a growing landscaping and field services business. This is not an entry-level VA role. We need someone who has already run marketing for a home services company and can operate independently with minimal oversight. You’ll manage content, campaigns, reputation, and website updates while working closely with ownership to keep marketing consistent, timely, and performance-focused. If you enjoy building systems, running calendars, and turning service work into clear, engaging marketing, this role will fit you well. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Direct access to ownership with clear brand direction Ownership over marketing systems, calendars, and execution Opportunity to shape marketing for a well-established local service brand What You’ll Work On Content Creation and Management Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Develop a monthly social media calendar aligned with seasonal landscaping services Write SEO-focused blog content centered on local landscaping topics and seasonal needs Draft email campaigns and newsletters using HubSpot to nurture leads and retain clients Ensure content reflects brand voice and highlights real projects, results, and expertise Monitor and respond to reviews across Google, Yelp, and Facebook within 24 hours Write professional, brand-aligned responses that address concerns and reinforce trust Track review trends and summarize insights for ownership on a monthly basis Website and Platform Management Make content updates and changes to the Webflow website as needed Ensure service pages, blog posts, and case studies stay current and SEO-optimized Collaborate with ownership on landing pages for seasonal or promotional campaigns Campaign Planning and Execution Plan and run seasonal marketing initiatives tied to core services Build and maintain automated email workflows inside HubSpot Coordinate promotional messaging and timing with ownership Analytics and Reporting Track engagement, website traffic, reviews, and email performance Deliver clear monthly summaries with practical recommendations Identify opportunities to improve ROI and content performance What You Bring 2+ years of marketing experience in home services such as landscaping, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or similar Proven experience managing social media and content for service businesses Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to a professional local brand Experience building content calendars and managing multiple marketing channels Working knowledge of Webflow or the ability to learn it quickly Hands‑on experience with HubSpot including CRM, email campaigns, and workflows Self‑starter who can operate independently with minimal direction Availability for some overlap with PST business hours Nice to Have Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools Basic photo editing experience Familiarity with landscaping or outdoor service businesses Experience with Zapier or other automation tools How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video explaining your experience running marketing for a home services or local business Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered.
