About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Integration Specialist to join our Business Analyst team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing integrations between various ecommerce systems. You would be expected to provide key business insights and strategies on data architecture. A focus will be on Salesforce platforms and Mulesoft, but experience with other integration technologies is also valuable. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a strong understanding of business processes, data architecture, and excellent problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and document business requirements for system integration projects. Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose efficient integration solutions. Guide clients to identify the best solution for their integration and data exchange needs (e.g., robust middleware vs. connector). Create data modeling and architecture designs that fit defined requirements and guide development. Utilize a deep understanding of data modeling to inform data architecture designs. Design, develop, and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce platforms, middleware such as Mulesoft, and other business systems. Leverage experience with common ERPs and commerce platforms for integration. Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, address concerns, and ensure successful integration outcomes. Create and maintain integration documentation, system and data flow diagrams, and integration mappings. Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure functionality, data integrity, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, working closely with technical teams. Provide guidance and support to development teams in implementing integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies, trends, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Integration Specialist, with a focus on system integration projects (minimum 4 years). Strong understanding of business processes and experience in gathering and documenting requirements. Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OMS, or Marketing Cloud) is preferred. Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using REST, SOAP, and other web service protocols. Solid knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of Salesforce Core data models to inform data architecture designs. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Salesforce Data Architect Certification or other advanced Salesforce data‑modeling courses. Mulesoft Certified Developer or Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect. Benefits A fully equipped office with refreshments available all week.
