Integration Specialist

Responsibilities Maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Health and Wellbeing programs. Participate in client meetings to review file specifications, discuss problem resolutions, and implement new clients. Collaborate with configuration and DSR teams to understand configuration and reporting needs that impact eligibility requirements. Act as SME in data interchange meetings with clients/vendors that may include requirements review, mapping overview, data analysis of issues, and/or testing statuses. Create and maintain required documentation to include mapping and process specifications for inbound files. Build file mappings within our wellbeing platforms based upon client requirements, including creating if/then logic. Process and analyze client/vendor files coming into the Health and Wellbeing platform. Conduct analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors. Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions. Collaborate with team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient. Perform special projects as requested. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Science, or related discipline. 1–3 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems, and data analytics. 1–2 years of experience utilizing Excel. Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze, and visualize data. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. Strong technical aptitude. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation. Ability to work cross‑functionally with co‑workers and external channel partners. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills. A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior.
