About the Role: This role is for a People Business Partner who believes that strong culture and strong performance go hand in hand – and that neither happens by accident. You’ll partner closely with functional leaders, managers and their teams by showing up with empathy, clarity, and sound judgment. We’re a fast‑growing, globally distributed team, which means change is constant. This role is about helping leaders do the right thing and supporting employees through growth. What you’ll be doing: Be a trusted thought partner to managers, helping them lead effectively through growth, ambiguity, and change Lead organizational design to ensure teams are structured to scale, roles are clear, and talent is aligned to business priorities. Ensure People practices remain compliant across all regions we operate in.
