People Business Partner for Tech & Product Join dLocal as a People Business Partner for the IT Division, supporting our tech teams and driving People initiatives that align with business objectives. In this pivotal role, you will support our tech teams, shaping talent strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high‑performance culture. What will I be doing? Strategic Partnership: Develop deep partnerships with IT Division leaders to align People strategies with business objectives. Talent & Performance Management: Lead performance management efforts, coach leaders, develop talent pipelines, and implement development plans. Organizational Design: Support succession planning to ensure the division meets current and future needs. Change Management: Provide guidance to manage organizational changes, minimize disruption, and maintain engagement. People Analytics: Leverage metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and track progress. Employee Engagement & Retention: Champion initiatives that drive engagement, improve retention, and foster a motivated culture. What skills do I need? 8+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years supporting tech teams in a multicultural environment. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. Proficiency in people disciplines: employee relations, performance management, talent management, change management, with deep understanding of the IT function. Data‑driven with strong analytical skills; advanced Excel skills required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence across all levels; strong consulting and coaching skills. Advanced English proficiency. What do we offer?
