This position demands a strategic thinker who is ready to develop and lead strategies, allocating resources (including budget), and crafting plans to achieve module goals with a sharp focus on optimal ROI. As the expert in your area, you will not only provide professional guidance to your team but also independently think through and solve complex problems in your domain, delivering strategic resolutions and inputs that directly shape the broader business strategy. You will initiate and lead cross-functional projects or manage a small team, acting as a crucial link between execution and high-level corporate objectives. Role Responsibilities You will serve as the functional leader, driving strategy, managing execution across a region, and developing people. Your core responsibilities will include: Strategy, Leadership & Business Vision Be the expert in your area of responsibility, providing professional guidance and serving as the definitive voice for your module.
