Importante empresa multinacional de Oil & Gas se encuentra en la busqueda de un/a Sustainability Advisor Regional.Ubicación: San Isidro (Híbrido: 4 presencial + 1 HO)Alcance: RegionalReporte: Vice President HSSE AmericasViajes: Disponibilidad para viajar Propósito del Rol Tiene como propósito liderar la estrategia de sustentabilidad y desempeño ambiental de la compañía en Latinoamérica, garantizando el cumplimiento con estándares internacionales. Responsabilidades Principales Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia ESG regional alineada al plan corporativo. Coordinar programas de sustentabilidad con terminales y equipos HSSE/Operaciones. Liderar el Informe Anual de Sustentabilidad. Preparar y entregar el dataset ESG requerido por la casa matriz. Supervisar permisos ambientales, regulaciones locales y obligaciones de reporte. Asegurar cumplimiento técnico y documental en todas las jurisdicciones LATAM. Conducir auditorías internas y externas. Supervisar el cumplimiento de ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 y 50001. Excluyentes Experiencia sólida en gestión ambiental, HSSE , sostenibilidad. Experiencia comprobada en reporting ESG bajo marcos CSRD/ESRS, GRI o SASB. Conocimiento avanzado en inventarios GEI (Scope 1, 2 y 3), emisiones fugitivas y tecnologías de transición energétic. Ingles : Avanzado Experiencia deseable Experiencia gestionando permisos ambientales en múltiples países de Latinoamérica. Liresazgo de auditorías externas y certificación de normas ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 y 50001. Conocimiento o participación previa en proyectos de energías renovables (PPAs) o eficiencia energética. Título universitario en Ingeniería Ambiental (preferido) o carreras afines. Posgrado o Maestría en Sustentabilidad (deseable, no excluyente).
